“Right Jab-Middle Jab And Left Jab” was created because we have a couple of commenters that post on a daily basis either in our “IS IT TRUE” or “Readers Forum” columns concerning National or International issues.
The majority of our “IS IT TRUE” columns are about local or state issues, so we have decided to give our more opinionated readers exclusive access to our newly created “LEFT JAB and Middle Jab and RIGHT JAB”  column. They now have this post to exclusively discuss national or world issues that they feel passionate about.
We shall be posting the “LEFT JAB” AND “MIDDLE JAB” AND “RIGHT JAB” several times a week.  Oh, “LEFT JAB” is a liberal view, “MIDDLE JAB” is the libertarian view and the “RIGHT JAB is representative of the more conservative views. Also, any reader who would like to react to the written comments in this column is free to do so.

    Climate Activist Group Apologizes to Black Lives Matter for Apologizing During Protest

    It wasn’t enough for Extinction Rebellion’s Washington D.C. chapter to apologize for the inconvenience it was causing by interrupting people’s commutes as part of their protests last month. Instead, the group is apologizing for its apology, too.

    Confused? Well, so was I. In fact, I was surprised that Extinction Rebellion was being so polite. It’s the group that was behind a whole slew of protests across the globe last month. It didn’t make a whole lot of impact but the group managed to make a few people’s trips to work a bit longer.

    According to the Washington Free Beacon, Extinction Rebellion DC decided it wanted to say it was sorry for this action, which it called Shut Down D.C….

    “The members of Extinction Rebellion DC, its organizers and volunteers, wish to apologize for our failure to act in solidarity with Black Lives Matter DC in the lead up to the Shut Down DC action on September 23,” the apology, posted in the form of an open letter, read.

    “Members of our communications team did not respect, and instead dismissed, Black Lives Matter DC’s hard block regarding fliers that apologized to the public for our disruptive actions,” the letter read, saying their move had played a part in “eroding trust with our black and brown allies.”….

    The mainstream media was caught spreading a fake video over the weekend in an attempt to show war crimes being committed by the Turks against Kurdish forces in Syria.

    ABC News broadcast a video that they said “appears to show the fury of the Turkish attack on the border town of Tal Abyad” that took place on Oct. 11 during their World News Tonight program on Sunday evening.

    However, it was discovered shortly afterward that the video used by ABC News was from the Knob Creek Gun Range, which is located in the town of West Point, Kentucky. They host a biannual “Military Gun Shoot & Military Gun Show” where many different firearms are discharged at night. ABC News used the video posted by the gun range from 2017 in an attempt to manipulate the public to support the war in Syria…..

    Illinois Preparing to Initiate New Radical Transgender School Curriculum

    …Starting in July of next year, Illinois teachers will be forced to teach “LGBTQ history” to all of the state’s public school children.

    The state pushed this indoctrination as a net positive.

    “Imagine a generation of Illinois students having learned the positive contributions of LGBTQ people to U.S., Illinois, world history,” Brian Johnson, CEO of the radical gay group Equality Illinois, told Illinois Public Media. “I think it’s only going to have a positive effect on our society’s view of LGBTQ people.”

    The bill’s sponsor, Democrat state Rep. Anna Moeller, added that the main purpose of the new Illinois rules is to indoctrinate kids into imagining that the gay lifestyle is entirely normal and good.

    “This has the potential to change the way society views the LGBT community. Who we decide to talk about and who we include in history reflects the values we have in our society,” Moeller said.

    But this agenda is harmful to kids. As The Federalist noted:

    Hero Paralyzed in Search for Coward Bergdahl Dies of His Injuries at 46

    A soldier wounded in the search for Bowe Bergdahl has died 10 years after a sniper’s bullet changed his life forever.

    Army Master Sgt. Mark Allen was shot in the head in 2009 while searching for the deserter Bergdahl in Afghanistan. The injury left him paralyzed until his death.

    An online obituary for Allen reveals that the selfless hero died from complications of his injury on Saturday at age 46. A Facebook post by the U.S. Veterans’ Network reveals the community’s admiration and respect for Allen.

    Allen’s wounds came as a result of the soldier’s hunt for Bergdahl after the coward walked away from a U.S. base in Afghanistan. Bergdahl was captured and eventually spent five years in the Taliban’s hands.

    Former President Barack Obama traded Bergdahl for several Taliban prisoners, all of whom went on to hold political jobs for the Taliban after their release. This exchange didn’t seem right to many Americans….

    Allen was limited to a few basic emotions and could not even speak after damage to his brain left him with only a few basic functions. The hero’s memory was also likely seriously affected, according to doctors.

    Allen is a hero who exemplifies everything that makes our military great.

    With his death, our country loses a great deal more than just a soldier.

    Elizabeth Warren’s “climate justice” plan calls for handing over $1 trillion in environmental reparations to black families.

    The plan, called Fighting For Justice As We Combat The Climate Crisis, asserts that “black families are more likely to live in neighborhoods with higher concentrations of air pollution than white families – even when they have the same or more income.”

    The plan doesn’t address why, if they have the same income, the black families don’t just move, but does claim that studies show “whites largely cause air pollution” (surely this is due to demographics alone) and that “Blacks and Latinxs are more likely to breathe it in.”

    The plan also claims that black people are hit harder by extreme weather events like hurricanes, floods and even fire.

    States Should Be Allowed to Prosecute Illegal Aliens for Identity Theft, Supreme Court Told

    Kansas should be allowed to prosecute illegal aliens for identity theft when they work under Social Security numbers belonging to others, even though federal immigration law already regulates whether such individuals may work in the United States, the state’s attorney general told the Supreme Court on Oct. 16.

    Kansas and other states, backed by the Trump administration, want the legal authority to pursue illegal aliens for identity theft and other offenses. A victory by Kansas would give states more power to deal with illegal aliens, instead of relying solely on federal officials.

    But illegal-alien advocates say unauthorized employment is already unlawful at the federal level so it’s unfair to subject such persons to further legal jeopardy at the state level. They also argue that Kansas is, in effect, creating its own immigration policy, something generally not allowed under federal law.

    In this case, cited as Kansas v. Garcia, three illegal aliens sought restaurant jobs in Kansas using misappropriated identities.

    The Kansas Supreme Court found the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 preempts the application of state identity theft, identity fraud, and making false writing laws whenever any of the information needed for the prosecution is contained in or attached to a federal Employment Eligibility Verification—known as a Form I-9—even when the state prosecutes for the use of that very same information in non-IRCA documents.

    “It is Congress’s plain and clear expression of its intent to preempt the use of the I-9 form and any information contained in the I-9 for purposes other than those listed,” the state court held.

    Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt, a Republican first elected to the post in 2010, argued that the state supreme court’s ruling was absurd because it would prevent Kansas from neutrally enforcing its own laws. He told the justices that illegal aliens shouldn’t receive any “special immunity” from state prosecution just because the federal government is responsible for regulating immigration.

    In a recent year, more than 15 million Americans became victims of identity theft and “many of those victims were left to untangle reputations, eligibilities, and other finances,” he said.

    “That is why Kansas, like every other state, makes identity theft a crime,” Schmidt said. “Our laws apply in all settings to all people, citizen and alien alike. Respondents were convicted because they stole other people’s personal information with intent to defraud.”…..

    Trump, after all the media ridicule, was correct in saying that potential terrorists have illegally crossed the United States’ southern border. Abdulahi Hasan Sharif of Somalia did. And it could happen again.

    Many who have professionally worried, as did former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, that violent jihadists might illegally cross the United States’ southern border are often sanctimoniously challenged with this: “Name a single U.S. border-crossing immigrant asylum-seeker who ever committed a terrorist attack.”

    In 2011, Sharif had himself smuggled from Somalia through Brazil and Central America. Then he entered the United States over the Mexico-California border and claimed asylum. He was carrying an Islamic State flag in one of the ramming vehicles….

    The 32-year-old Sharif is now on public trial in Canada, facing 11 counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault, and dangerous driving. While he occupies a consequential homeland security pedestal of first border-crosser to conduct a jihadi attack in North America, his backstory remains largely unexcavated for learnable lessons to U.S. homeland security. That may or may not change in the coming weeks of a trial.

    That Islamic extremists would infiltrate the United States through the southern border is a prospect that professional homeland security authorities have taken seriously since 9/11. Agencies have long invested in countering the perceived border threat. For instance, Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations agents are deployed throughout Latin America to disrupt smuggling networks that specialize in transporting foreign citizens from Muslim-majority countries such as Somalia into the United States….

    Yet no one should expect any coverage of this case from American media, probably because writing about Sharif would require them to emphatically acknowledge a terrorist actually did cross the border and attack. Not to mention that Trump, after all the media ridicule, was correct in saying that potential terrorists have crossed that border and could again.

    Several weeks after a teenager’s body was found hacked to pieces, Immigration and Customs Enforcement says the horrific crime could have been easily avoided if one liberal Washington county had just listened to them.

    An ICE spokesperson told The Daily Caller News Foundation that King County ignored a detainer request issued for Carlos Orlando Iraheta-Vega and released the illegal alien from a county jail in November 2018.

    The day of his release, Iraheta-Vega was taken into custody on a charge of driving under the influence, only to be released again before ICE could pick him up.

    This past August, he was arrested again for an alleged DUI, and released once more.

    Less than a month after Iraheta-Vega’s latest release, a teen boy was found dead in a river. His body had been hacked into pieces with a machete and bashed with a baseball bat.

    According to the Seattle-area outlet KING, detectives identified Iraheta-Vega and another man, Rudy Osvaldo Garcia-Hernandez, as suspects. The two men, both alleged MS-13 gang members, are now being held on murder charges.

    Authorities say the two alleged murderers originally met with the teen, 16-year-old Juan Carlos Con Guzman, to settle a grievance.

    Guzman reportedly agreed to a fistfight with one of the men to resolve the dispute.

    After the fight was over, police say Iraheta-Vega grabbed a hidden baseball bat and beat the teen with it.

    His companion then allegedly sliced the young man’s neck.

    ICE says that if King County had honored their detainer, this grisly murder would most likely have never happened.

    “This scenario, where sanctuary policies shield criminal aliens who prey on people in the community from immigration enforcement, is becoming all too common,” enforcement, is becoming all too common,” ICE spokeswoman Tanya Roman told The DCNF….

    North Korean laborers have started fighting over and stealing each other’s excrement in an attempt to meet an impossible quota collection in time to prepare fertilizer for next year’s farming season, a report revealed this week.

    Radio Free Asia (RFA), a U.S.-funded non-profit that exposes the grim reality of life in many parts of Asia, reported that the country’s communist authorities have burdened every household with collection quotas for human waste that will be used to fertilize the ground for next year’s harvest.

    The quota, ordered by dictator Kim Jong-un in his New Year’s address, ordered that each household should meet a quota amounting to 100 kilograms (220 pounds) per able-bodied citizen.     The Obama administration dismissed warnings raised by top State Department official George Kent in 2015 that the Ukrainian company that was employing then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter at the time was corrupt, the Washington Post confirmed Thursday.

    The Post’s report suggested the Obama administration allowed Hunter Biden to continue serving on Burisma Holdings’ board of directors although it knew the company was corrupt….

    As vice president, Biden threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine to force the Eastern European country to fire its top prosecutor in 2016, who had investigated the owner of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, for possible corruption.

    Hunter had been serving on the board of Burisma for up to $83,000 per month at the time despite having no background in energy, prompting allegations of corruption. He admitted to ABC News last weekend that his father’s political position helped him secure the lucrative appointment to Burisma’s board of directors….
