We hope that today’s “Readers Forum” will provoke honest and open dialogue concerning issues that we, as responsible citizens of this community, need to address in a rational and responsible way?

HERE IS WHATS ON OUR MIND TODAY?

In the private sector when a person is accused of illegally taking funds from an existing business to pay personal debts, your arrested for misappropriation of funds.

In Evansville when a person is working at a non-profit business and is accused of illegally taking funds from an existing non-profit business to pay personal debts you’re let go and the former employer wishes you well.

WHATS ON YOUR MIND TODAY?

Todays “Readers Poll” question is: Are you planning to vote in the upcoming Republican primary?

Please take time and read our articles entitled “STATEHOUSE Files, CHANNEL 44 NEWS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, READERS POLL, BIRTHDAYS, HOT JOBS” and “LOCAL SPORTS”.  You now are able to subscribe to get the CCO daily.

  1. Uh oh.
In depth analysis of Trump company’s financing over the past 6-7 yrs in the news suddenly.

The King of Debt, the expert at using debt as a strategy on real estate deals, Donald Trump, suddenly stopped using debt strategies, and started using ALL CASH.

    Why? Why the change?
No one thus far has answered.

But the undercurrent, not yet said, is that the Trump organization has been money laundering Russian cash.

    • You got bigger fish to fry Mr. Biden.
Ask Neil Cavuto from Fox News.
This past week, Trumps only defenders are fans of the Trump Family.
America lost all trust with Trump.

  2. This school district in Georgia is making their schools as safe as possible for students and staff. What is the EVSC doing? Putting up more of the “E is for everyone” stickers?
    ……………..
The school shooting in Parkland, Fla., convinced school Superintendent Daniel Brigman that his plan to arm teachers and other Laurens County, Ga., school personnel needed to go beyond the idea phase.

“I’ve had this discussion repeatedly with different boards of education for the last 14 years,” Brigman said. His school district is southeast of Macon and the first in Georgia to make the move. “What happened in Florida heightened the level of awareness and concern that we needed a procedure in place to protect the safety of our schools.”…..

“The only thing that’s going to be 100 percent fool-proof is arming teachers with lethal force,” he said.

The identity of these so-called “guardians” are known only to the superintendent and the school board, who approve each individual…..

Both Brigman and Thweatt believe arming teachers is an effective use of resources. For the cost of one full-time police officer, Thweatt said he can have about 20 people armed and trained to protect the school…..

No schools in the U.S. with armed teachers have had active-shooter events,…….
