    The murder rate is up.
Drug situation is out of control. People passed out on the streets from drug overdoses.
Do you feel safe in your home? Do you allow your children to walk to school or store or church without supervision?

    • I think Trump and the conservatives are our only hope of getting drugs and murders under control. Democrats are so focused on killing the 2nd Amendment and controlling the 1st Amendment that they fail to see more of their constituents are dying from drugs than guns. We all know that after a certain point drug dealers need to be put to death but we know that is not going to happen. We don’t have enough cops or jails to get a handle on our drug and murder situation and it will continue to increase and we’ll throw more money into treatment that doesn’t work. There has not been a drop in substance abuse in the last 50 years, this is a liberal pox on our country that we will have to learn to accept as the norm. The 5 years remission rate for Breast cancer is better than the relapse rate for opioids. There’s also a profit motive for liberals in substance abuse, they run and control most treatment programs. Fighting Darwin is a losing battle.

  2. The Chief, like all police in the liberal U.S. of A., have their hands tied. I am sick of bashing any person, in any position, of any party. Unless the population realize that all this strife is destroying our country, it will continue and we are doomed. Look at the choices we have in the mid-terms. If you believe you have something to offer, please step up, make a platform and run. We, the people, are hungry for politicians that have the local, state and federal fortitude to change the stagnate swamp we have now. Yes, I said “swamp” , but what else do you call the self- serving people in power now, Dem or Rep???

    • Chief Bolin is the man in charge.
If the crime and murder rate was low this would not be a problem.

Bolin has not come up with a plan or told the public what EPD is doing.

We need action. We need someone Mayor or Chief to grab the bull by the horns.

Someone needs to be held accountable.!!!

  3. Ummm, un-huh.

    Friend —

As a DNC supporter, I want you to be the first to know: Today, the DNC is filing a civil lawsuit alleging that Russia perpetrated a brazen attack on American democracy during the 2016 election, and found a willing partner in the Trump campaign.

Here’s why: A major part of Russia’s attack on American democracy was the cyberattack on the DNC and theft of the DNC’s proprietary information. This stolen information was then released to the public by Russian agents and WikiLeaks to damage the Democratic Party and influence the 2016 election.

We’re taking this action because we believe no one is above the law, and we must pursue every avenue of justice against those who engaged in this illegal activity against the DNC and our democracy.

This is a patriotic — not partisan — move. As Sen. John McCain said, “When you attack a country, it’s an act of war. And so we have to make sure that there is a price to pay, so that we can perhaps persuade the Russians to stop these kind of attacks on our very fundamentals of democracy.”

We believe that Russia found a willing partner in the Trump campaign, who shared their goal of damaging the Democratic Party and helping elect Donald Trump. The Trump campaign had repeated secretive communications with Russian agents and WikiLeaks. Russian agents told Trump advisors that the Kremlin wanted to help Trump and had stolen emails and other material that could damage Trump’s opponent. And Trump’s closest political advisor, Roger Stone, had advanced knowledge of a major release of stolen Democratic emails.

It is a disgrace to our country that instead of taking actions to protect American democracy, the Trump campaign put itself first. And if the occupant of the Oval Office refuses to protect our democracy, it’s up to us.

Putting together a lawsuit like this, with all the proper documentation, has taken some time. That’s why we’re filing it today, both to seek justice and deter further attacks on our democracy.

Make no mistake about it: Our number one focus at the DNC is, and remains, electing Democrats from the school board to the Oval Office — and we’re winning all across this country.

We’re going to keep our eyes on the prize: taking back the House and Senate, winning back state legislatures, and moving our country in the right direction.

But winning elections also means protecting elections, and today we’re doing just that.

Thank you, as always, for your support.

  5. Obviously a boring an uneventful news week this week. After all, President Dennison is doing what he does best, golfing, and you damn sure can’t be criticized for golfing unless you are someone other than President Dennison golfing.

And only by President Dennison that is.

    I’ll never understand why a president who can golf as well as President Mop Head would need a lawyer. But the brilliance of this golfer resonates again with his latest pick;

So many lawyers wanting to drain the swamp with him, and in tradition, picks the one that against the advice of his advisers, puts the New York City Command and Control center inside the World Trade Center.

I could go on, but I am exhausted by the lack of news this week.

    Believe me….
