The Indiana University Board of Trustees selected downtown Evansville as the location for the new academic/medical campus. The new construction will end in front of Deaconess Clinic Downtown. The Clinic will not be demolished and no physicians or staff will removed from the building. Deaconess is a partner in this project and is working hand-in-hand with the mayor and his design team to create the best campus for students, professors, and clinicians.
