 Former Indiana 8th District Congressional candidate Glen Miller (D) of Evansville will seek the Vanderburgh County Council seat for District 4, filling a post-primary Democratic vacancy on the ballot.Â
Miller dropped out of the Congressional race and endorsed Terre Haute disability attorney William Tanoos late last year.
He will face Councilman John Montrastelle in November
