 Thousands of rock fans filled downtown Evansville Tuesday night to watch P.O.D., Shinedown and Five Finger Death Punch. This concert was the first of three test shows to see how well Five Finger Death Punch and Shinedown would entertain markets all around the country. The three stops with this line up are Evansville, IN, Grand Rapids, MI and Pittsburgh, PA.
“We were the first test market to determine how well this grouping would be on tour. Evansville showed overwhelming support and they are now scheduling a 30 show tour,†stated Ford Center Executive Director, Scott Schoenike.
Ford Center continues an active event season with upcoming shows that include Def Leppard – August 8, Dolly Parton – August 10, and Carrie Underwood – November 11.
