Davi Stein-Kiley Receives William J. Bailey Prevention Leadership Award

      Davi Stein-Kiley, Director of Social Work for Youth First, Inc., is the 2015 recipient of the William J. Bailey Prevention Leadership Award.  The award was presented at the Indiana Annual Recovery Month Symposium in Indianapolis by the IndianaPrevention Resource Center and the state’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction.   Each year, the William J. Bailey Prevention Leadership Award recognizes the hard work and commitment of a person who contributes to the benefit of the prevention field in Indiana.   The late Bill Bailey was the director of the Indiana Prevention Resource Center.  He is regarded as a visionary in the prevention fieldand is referred to as a selfless, hardworking and passionate leader. In his honor, the award was established by the Indiana Prevention Resource Center and the Division of Mental Health and Addiction to honor Mr. Bailey’s contribution to the prevention field.   As Youth First’s Director of Social Work, Stein-Kiley leads a team of 38 prevention professionals who provide social work servicesand programs for more than 17,000 students in 55 schools across six counties.  She was nominated by Youth First President and CEO Parri Black, who stated, “Davi epitomizes the servant leader, continuously role modeling the same passion, quality, andaccountability that she...
