Noel is a 1 ½-yr-old female Lab mix. She was adopted from VHS as a puppy, and then returned as often happens when puppies grow up. And puppies always grow up! Noel’s $100 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, etc. All that’s already been done, so she can go home TODAY!
