Elmo is a male Chow mix. He was transferred to VHS from Evansville Animal Care & Control when they were out of space and VHS had some empty kennels. He is a happy & sweet guy who loves all people! However, he doesn’t love other dogs, so will need to be the only canine in the home. His $110 adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines.
