Rosco is a male Shar-Pei mix. He’s about a year and 2 months old. He’s a VHS volunteer favorite and has recently done well with several kids that he’s met! Roscoe is currently the longest canine resident at VHS, waiting on a home since mid-October. His adoption fee is $110 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines, and more.
