Tropicana Evansville is excited to introduce their new Director of Food & Beverage, Mr. Chuck Belanger.
Mr. Belanger brings with him a wealth of experience in the casino resort industry from gaming properties around the country including New Jersey, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and the St. Louis, Missouri market most recently.
He has a wide-ranging educational background, as well, from Cape Fear College in Wilmington, NC, the Rutgers University Masters Program, and The Wine School of the Four Seasons Hotel brand.
“Chuck Belanger will supervise all restaurant operations at Tropicana Evansville including Cavanaugh’s, Riverside Cookery, Max & Erma’s, Temptations Buffet, Diamond Deli, Riverview Coffee Company, Blush Ultralounge, Le Merigot Hotel Guest Room Service, and Catering Services. Chuck joins us at an exciting time as we prepare for renovations to some of our existing restaurants and the opening of a new sports bar and grill next to the new Boogie Nights nightclub in September.” says Tropicana Evansville General Manager, Ward Shaw.
